Shipping
Where do I ship
At the moment, I only ship within the Netherlands.
Unfortunately, international shipping is temporarily unavailable due to additional packaging and recycling regulations in different countries. I hope my little creatures will be able to travel beyond the Netherlands again in the future.
Processing and dispatch
All creatures listed in my shop are ready to find their new homes. I do not accept custom orders.
I carefully pack each item and dispatch orders within 3–5 business days after receiving payment.
Once your order has been shipped, I will send you a confirmation and a tracking number, if available.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping costs are provided before you confirm your purchase.
Delivery times depend on the postal or courier service and may vary.
Returns & Cancellations
A little note about returns
Every Soft Coven creature is one of a kind. I put a great deal of time, imagination, and care into making each one, and I truly hope that once it finds a new home, it will stay there for a long time.
Please take a moment to look carefully at the photographs and read the description before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. I'll be happy to help.
If something isn't quite right or your new creature doesn't meet your expectations, please get in touch. I'm always open to a friendly conversation.
Your right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, simply send me a clear statement of your decision by email. You may also use the standard withdrawal form.
After notifying me, you have another 14 days to send the item back.
Please handle the item with care and, if possible, return it in its original packaging.
You are responsible for any reduction in the item's value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature and characteristics.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Refunds
I will refund your payment, including the original standard delivery costs, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. I may wait until I have received the returned item or proof that it has been sent back, whichever comes first.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise.
If you return only part of an order, the original shipping costs will not normally be refunded.
Damaged Items or Problems with Your Order
If your creature arrives damaged, has a defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible.
I would appreciate it if you could include photographs of the item and its packaging. This will help me understand what happened and find a suitable solution.
I will do my best to resolve the issue fairly and in accordance with your legal rights.
The Nature of Handmade Creations
Every Soft Coven creature is unique.
Small variations in knitting, shape, and finishing are a natural part of handmade work and give each character its own individuality.
I do my best to show each creature as accurately as possible in photographs. However, colours may vary slightly depending on lighting and your screen settings.
